Excellent experience. We prepared Valencian paella with rabbit and chicken. We had an excellent time. Joan and Ana were excellent hosts and they enhanced the experience. We also had a very nice group for our class, and we enjoyed talking with the other travelers. We recommend this tour to any visitors to Valencia!

We had such a fun and amazing time!! My girlfriend and I had so much fun sharing Tapas and Sangria with people from around the world. We cooked tradition Valencian Paella with José and he made the experience unforgettable; a must do when visiting Valencia!!

We started off by going to the market to shop for our ingredients before proceeding to the kitchen.
It was a fun cooking experience learning about the ingredients and the process resulting in a very yummy paella. The tapas were delicious and the sangria to die for. Great and fun chefs.

Our family had the best time together at this class! We have 2 sons, 21 & 17. Our teachers/guides, Ana and Valentín, were so friendly and informative. They expertly guided us through the Russafa Market, sharing their knowledge of food and history. Then, off to the kitchen for a how-to on making sangría. Valentín was funny! The tapas and beverages were great. THEN, together with our "team," Ana invited us all, step by step, to share in making a delicious chicken and rabbit paella. It was so much fun. We were so glad that we booked this experience!
