Your adventure begins in the picturesque village of Les Houches. You'll meet your tour leader and fellow travelers at the reception of our Alpine chalet-style hotel, Hotel du Bois (or similar), at 6pm. After the welcome meeting, we'll enjoy a delightful dinner together at the hotel. The hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gardens with views across the Mont Blanc range.

Day 2 – Day 2: Hiking the Petit Balcon Sud to Chamonix

We'll start the day with a leisurely walk from our hotel to Chamonix, following the Petit Balcon Sud. Enjoy stunning views of the glaciers and ridges of Mont Blanc through the trees. After a short break in Chamonix, we'll continue our hike alongside the River Arve to Paradis du Praz. In the afternoon, we'll ascend through the woods to the charming mountain cafe of Chalet La Floria, offering superb views of the Chamonix Valley. We'll then descend back to Chamonix, where you'll have some free time to explore the town.

Today, we'll take the Bellevue cable car up to the Grand Balcon Nord, part of the famous Tour du Mont Blanc trekking route. From here, you'll have an amazing view of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest mountain. We'll then descend to the Col du Voza and ascend to Le Prarion, offering spectacular 360-degree views. We'll end the day with a descent through the forest back to Les Houches.

Day 4 – Day 4: Hiking in the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve

We'll start the day with a bus ride along the Chamonix Valley to the Col du Montets, the gateway to the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve. Our hike will take us to the pretty hamlet of Le Buet and then to the stunning Les Cascades du Berard waterfalls. We'll continue our hike through the Berard Valley forest to Les Granges, a hamlet offering a beautiful viewpoint of the Mont Blanc range. We'll then return to Les Houches by train or local bus.

We'll take a bus ride to Le Tour, a charming village at the head of the Chamonix Valley. From here, we'll take a gondola lift to Charamillon and then a chair lift to Les Autannes. We'll hike to the Col de Balme, marking the border between France and Switzerland, and ascend the Aiguillettes des Possettes for even better views. We'll then return to the valley floor via the gondola lift.
