Sessions at Play Village run four times a day, each lasting two hours with 100 minutes dedicated to play and five minutes for clean-up. After each session, the play areas are reset to ensure a fresh, immersive experience for every child. Grip socks are recommended, and the venue is strictly shoe-free for everyone’s comfort and hygiene.
Upon arrival, leave your shoes and prams in the cloakroom by the stairs, then check in at the reception desk. If you haven’t pre-booked, tickets can be purchased on-site. First-time visitors receive a brief orientation, while returning guests can jump right into the adventure.
