Airport Transfers
- If you are arriving/departing by flight, airport transfers will be included. If you arrive/depart by train or other means, please note that you will need to transfer on your own to the hotel/station using public transportation or by taking a cab.
Intercity Transfers
- Intercity transfers are included where indicated. Train/bus tickets or passes will be provided in standard class (2nd class).
Transfers from hotel to train station/bus station and vice versa are NOT included, either you can use public transportation or haul a cab (Uber/Bolt etc.) easily for the same.

Airport Transfers
- If you are arriving/departing by flight, airport transfers will be included by hotel shuttle (for departure, a direct payment of 6-8 CHF to be made at the hotel). If you arrive/depart by train or other means, please note that you will need to transfer on your own to the hotel/station using public transportation.
Intercity Transfer
s - Intercity transfers are included as per itinerary by relevant Swiss Passes (2nd class).
Transfers from hotel to train station and vice versa and all other intracity movement will be by Swiss Pass. Please see the day wise plan for more details.

Hotels will be 3* and you can be assured of the quality of the properties, as we partner only with hotels which meet the following criteria - Overall and Location Rating >=8.0/10 on booking.com and Overall Rating >=4.0/5 on TripAdvisor and >=4.0 on Google. All hotels are centrally located and well connected by public transportation which will make sure your commuting time and costs are minimal

Note: City Tax and Tourist Tax on hotels is excluded and must be paid at the time of check-in directly to the hotel. It varies from 2-7 EUR per person per night. In case of Amsterdam apart from approx. EUR 3 city tax, an additional approx. EUR 10-15 per room per night tourism tax will also have to be paid directly. The tourism tax varies with season and the type of accommodation.
Please note that European hotel rooms are often more compact and may not include all amenities, such as electric kettles or elevators. However, they do ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cool air-conditioning in Europe is often limited to 5°C under the ambient outside temperature (so if it is 30°C outside, the AC won't cool below 25°C). In Switzerland, most hotels will not have cool air conditioning at all. However, all hotels are centrally heated.
Check in and check out time across Europe will be 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM. However, if you arrive in a city earlier or depart later, you can store your bags with the hotel free of charge.
This is a self-guided tour, no guide will be available (except for city walking tours, where indicated only). Admission tickets shall be included for attractions where mentioned in the itinerary. Detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary will be sent and an interactive online session to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions will be held before departure. This will ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey. Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip, if needed.
What happens once you book:
- Our team will contact you over WhatsApp
- A detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary along with all the vouchers shall be shared with you over email 3-4 weeks before departure (If the booking is received closer to departure, the same will be shared within 10 days of the booking)
- An interactive online session 3-4 weeks before departure to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions. This session helps ensure that you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey
- Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip
The following are the inclusions in this tour:
- Private pick up and drop from the airport for the party. There will be enough space for one medium size checked bag per passenger and one small cabin bag
- 3 star hotel with breakfast (no other meals are included)
- Day 1: Interlaken Region Full Day Tour- You will have a pass for the entire day which will allow complete access to all trains in the region (however, mountain trains and cable cars are not covered and will require individual tickets)
- Swiss Pass: To travel around Switzerland you need to have the Swiss Pass which will give you easy access to all the public transports also sightseeings
- Day 2: Mt. Rigi Excursion- The train and cable car that you take to Mt Rigi is included in the package cost.
- Day 2: Boat ride on Lake Lucerne: It is included in the cost
- Day 3: Mount Titlis - The cost for the ticket of entry is included. To reach this place you will need to take a train to Engelberg from Lucerne. The gondola and the cable car costs are also included in the package.
- Day 3: Mt. Stanserhorn Excursion- The train and cable car that you take to Mt Stanserhorn is included in the package cost.
- Day 4: Rhine Falls Excursion- There's a boat ride at the fall which takes you to closer to the fall. If you are interested in it, you will have to pay it there. It costs CHF 15 per person. Otherwise it is free to visit and the transport from Zurich to Rhine falls is covered by the Swiss Pass.
- Day 5: Transfer to Venice: You will be transfered by train to Venice from Zurich. You have to reach the train station on your own. Transfers from the hotel to the train stations and vice-versa are not included.
- Day 5: Key Attractions of Venice - Venice is an island city with crisscrossing canals. The best way to explore the city is on foot. This is a self guided walk and can be done as per your convenience once you arrive in Venice.
- Day 6: Murano, Burano and Torcello Islands - Use the Vaporetti (Water Bus) to reach the islands. You would already have your 24 hour water bus pass.
- Day 6: Transfer to Florence: You will be transfered by train to Florence from Venice. You have to reach the train station on your own. Transfers from the hotel to the train stations and vice-versa are not included.
- Day 7: Pisa Visit - Take the train from Florence to Pisa. The tickets are regional and you can take any train up to 3 hours after the printed time on the ticket. Alight at Pisa Central Station and head to The Leaning Tower of Pisa. The tower is about 2 KMs from the station. There are regular buses from the station to the tower. Ticket will cost Euro 1 per adult and 50% for children. Note that the train tickets provided between Florence and Pisa are valid for 3 hours from the time printed on the ticket. During this time you can take any train between the stations.
- Day 7: Transfer to Rome - You will be transfered by train to Rome from Florence. You have to reach the train station on your own. Transfers from the hotel to the train stations and vice-versa are not included.
- Day 8: Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palantine Hill - Skip the line admission tickets are included. The ticket lasts 24 hours from the entrance time written on your voucher. The booked entrance time (if any) is for the Colosseum entrance and must be respected. After visiting the Colosseum, visitors can enter the Roman Forum and the Palatine museum with same tickets in the following 24 hours.
- Day 8: Vatican City and St. Peter’s Bascilica - This is a Self Guided Visit. If you wish, you may also visit the Vatican Museum (tickets to be purchased additionally at site). The museum is famous for The Sistine Chapel with its ceiling painted by Michelangelo.
- Day 9: Pickup from the hotel by private cab and drop to the airport.
