Fabulous experience - highly recommend. We had Captain Storm, and he really made the tour. Engaging, personable, knowledgeable. He peppered in such interesting nuggets about Amsterdam history and culture. Great way to chill for a couple of hours.

What a fun excursion! We learned so much from Stephen on the ways of living in the Netherlands and specifically in Amsterdam as well as quirky things we were passing by. He made us feel so welcomed and even though we were with total strangers he made it a point to introduce ourselves which made it way more fun to have small talk with the rest of the group. Drinks and food were amazing. For those with a small bladder make sure you go to the bathroom before and don’t drink 4 beers I had to run as soon as we were done and didn’t get to express how fun and grateful I was for the history and hospitality of the tour! On that note 5 stars for Stephen and thank you so much for everything!

We did this tour at sunset our first night. It was such a great introduction to the city. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. There was plenty of food and drinks. The seats were nice and comfortable with many blankets provided. I highly recommend this tour.

Stephan is a very good guide. We learned a lot about the country, how it works. Punctuated with funny anecdotes. 2 hours for the walk is ideal, we have time to enjoy ourselves. There is something to drink and eat which is a plus!

Great cruise, and there was warm mulled wine available too with it being cold. Great host and highly recommend. Noting there are no toilet breaks .

We had an absolute fantastic boat trip with skipper Pepijn! Pep was such a nice and friendly host, making sure everyone had a good time on board. Pep lives in Amsterdam himself and had loads of fun-facts to entertain us with. Children (and every other volunteer) were allowed to steer the boat a little while through the broader canals, which was a bit exciting but fun. We loved the Dutch snacks (they even brought us a plate of the famous Dutch "bitterballen" on board) and the unlimited amount of wine, beer, soft drinks, gluhwein (very nice on this cold afternoon) and Jenever. Even the English on board had to admit that this Jenever was better than gin:-) We have enjoyed ourselves immensely. This trip definitely gives you value for money!
