• Both tours only sells/includes adult tickets. Due to our maximum participant number of 15 people (or 5 people for the small group), children need to get an adult ticket to partake in this tour. Otherwise we cannot guarantee entry. • Taking part in the guided tour is optional. However, be aware that this is a fixed bundle ticket. If you choose not to partake in the tour, you will not get a refund. • The museum is very busy at the moment. Therefore, tours start and ending times can be delayed by +- 15 minutes in order to make sure the group is complete and can enter the museum. In case of a delayed start, the guide will extend the tour by the time lost so that you get the full 1.5 hour experience. • The general tour takes place in small groups of 10-15 people max. • The small group tour has 5 participants max. Please make sure to book the correct option.
