This msg is specifically for GYG: I’m hesitant to book a tour like this again with you without further research and perhaps contacting the private company independently. As a reseller, my trust in your brand has been dinged substantially. This excursion was not cheap, and for what we received not worth it even if the private company operating the tour was good. We paid $262.40 for basically a full minivcan ride in an older model vehicle and quick tour that was not even half a day, and not a proper value for the money. The duration was listed as 4.5 hours but the excursion itself was only 3.5, and hour of that driving. A substantial difference at this price. If we had an extra hour to explore — which we did not even get to see all of the grounds — it may have been more worth the cost. Please rethink your markup here. Again, the driver was great and this is not at all a knock on her or the job she did, I just feel a bit cheated on value — and I have been a GYG user for years.

Castle De Haar is a must see when visiting Amsterdam. This tour however is more just a taxi ride in a little minicab. The guide/driver was pleasant but the castle has its own knowledgeable guides

Sarah, our tour guide, provided our small group of 8 a good history on the castle, including fun and interesting facts about the Netherlands as we drove to the property. When we arrived, she offered us snacks and a drink, and then offered to provide a tour through the castle for those who wished to join her, which we thought was very nice. Six of us decided to go with her and enjoyed her commentary as we explored the building.
