It was great having a live guide, although expensive we got to ask lots of questions and get extra details. We also got priority access to the Hogwarts Express, 4 Privet Drive the greenhouses and a look up close at the props kept behind the barrier. Our group had only 5 people which was great and Hayley was fantastic with our over excitable son. When we accessed for the 2nd time Hayley took us behind the scenes to drop us off straight at the broomsticks where we wanted to go.

Regardless any poor reviews it is easy to find the initial rally point. Train delays or bus timing aside as public coordinated transit went well. The initial guide managed the small group through transit and coach easy return on your own clock all the way up to the last departing bus from the studio. The WB Tour Guide had a group of 8 but it ended up just being a small handful which made it more personal vs 8 people. Hayley was our WB guide - Amazing. Pass gave us re-admission and we did all the extras not covered during the 4 hours of tour and flexible 30-60 min lunch break - a group consensus. This was by far a relaxed and easy to go experience. Wear walking shoes! Wonderful … recommend highly!

City Wonders only "delivers" people to the Warner Bros guides but they were organized and clear on their instructions upon meeting and were with us all the way to the Warner Bros.
Once in Warner Bros, we got handed over to our studio guides which then split the group to reasonable size (maxs 8 as indicated in the trip advertisement). Our guide (Alex M.) was very good and knowledgeable. He knew lots of production information, clarified small details from the film and explain facts that I would never had guessed by my own. After the guided tour, the guides let you back in again so you can explore and check in more detail your favourite parts (that you could not do during the guided tour as in a guided tour you won't have the time to stand on some lines for special CGI photos/videos since guides need to follow a pace to be able to finish according to the planned time).
Overall, I recommend the overall tour and especially the guided tour at Warner Bros Studios. This last one is really important if you want to get all the info/details/secrets from Harry Potter movies production and filming.

Simple Amazing Tour.
Loved seeing the actual items used for the Harry Potter Series Movies. Minimum 4-5 hours. If you are a HP fan make it a full day.

The support getting on the train and to the tram to the studio was appreciated. The tour when we were at HP was phenomenal! It was easily the best day of our entire trip. Josh was super knowledgable and shared a ton of "behind the scenes" information. He also pulled various props and showed them to us while explaining their significance in the movies. If you're questioning if the money is worth the tour, it is 100%!!!

The Harry Potter tour is an amazing experience for anyone! Whether you’ve seen the movies, read the books or first time getting into Harry Potter, it’s a great time for all. Meeting our tour guide was super simple and the train ride was about 15 minutes followed by a double decker for 10 minutes. Rachel C. @ Warner Bros was SO fun and had so much details about everything.

Outstanding service by the guides. Skipping the cues was a real treat during a busy period. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and we enjoyed Benji’s informative tour. Well paced and can highly recommend. The actual WB Studio is next level, with outstanding attention to detail. Whole family absolutely loved it.

Booked this tour for myself, my husband, and our 12 year old daughter - who is a HUGE Harry Potter fan! Meeting up with the tour guide at Euston Station was simple. The location is just down the road from the Euston Square Underground Station. Our tour guide, Oliver, provided us with our tickets and wristbands and escorted us through the train station, onto the bus, and into the studio - where we met our next tour guide. The guide at the studio was knowledgeable, energetic, and thorough! I enjoyed all of the tidbits he shared about the costumes, props, actors, and the sets! We spent about four hours in total at the studio. Definitely recommend!

Appreciate the tour was expensive but worth it. Guide to get to the studio was great and as mostly public transport everything was quick. Guide for the studio was amazing and cut all the lines. Worth the money
