Led by an expert instructor, you’ll explore tranquil forest paths and open fields, soaking in the sights and sounds of the woodlands. The session includes beginner-friendly yoga flow and Qigong-inspired movements, making it accessible to all levels, whether you’re a local or visiting Brighton for the first time.
All yoga mats, blocks, and necessary equipment are provided, ensuring you can focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. The combination of yoga and forest bathing is designed to reduce stress, improve memory, and bring a sense of calm clarity to your mind and body.
