Our flight was 1 hour, the view was superb, we certainly enjoyed our time in the air. Pilot was very professional and careful in his manoeuvre.

hey pick you up at the hotel, they give you a small breakfast and even a glass of champagne at the end. The view is amazing. Nice people on the crew, I recommend them and I would repeat with them (you never know when you're coming back).

They picked us up at our hotel at around 6.30am and drove us outside of Göreme. It was my first time on an air balloon, so I was a bit nervous. It was impressive to see how they start to inflate the balloons. After some time, we were indicated to board the basket and off we went! It wasn't scary at all. It was very serene and calm to me up there appreciating the landscape. We saw valleys, some of the mountainous areas and other balloons. Of course it's winter, so visibility wasn't 100% but it was still beautiful. After 35+ minutes, we started descending and we were given instructions for the landing. No issues, all was very professional. After leaving the basket, they organized a little toast and certificates were given to all! It was a great experience, even during winter. Totally recommended!

Had booked a ballon ride with them, which got cancelled for 4 days continuously because of bad weather. There was a problem with refund because of some bank error.
These guys were very understanding and genuinely helpful towards all our queries, till we got refunded. It was very professional. Thank you!

One of my kid was four years old and I wanted her to enjoy the experience as we could not leave her alone. Caner Ozan was really helpful and accommodative. He not only talked with the captain regarding my query but also gave us a very reasonable rate. Probably lowest in the market. Me and my family had a wonderful time.
