The day of the activity was bad weather and I was hoping that they would cancel it. They called me several times from a Turkish number but it was not the phone number of the agency or the guide that they had given me, so I did not pick it up. At the time of the activity, the guide picked us up only. He could have told us that they had cancelled the activity due to rain, but they went ahead. The bus tour through the Horn is the transfer to the port to catch the boat. On the boat we had to spend only 1 hour instead of 2 due to the storm, which is understandable. They stopped us to try Turkish delights in a shop so that we could buy them. On the way to the cable car they told us that they had closed the cable car and we could not continue with the activity. So we paid almost 30 euros for a 1-hour cruise that does not even cost 10 euros. We asked to go to the cable car another day but they told us that there was no availability. It must be very difficult to accommodate only 2 people... Total scam!! They could give us half the money back but they do not want to talk more.
