Good to know

The voucher is your entry ticket. You can go directly to the gate and scan the QR code on the voucher. Children under 8 years old receive free admission. A document verifying the age must be presented at the entrance. Skip-the-Ticket Line Access: Please be aware that even with our skip-the-ticket-line service, there might be some waiting time required for security checks. This is because visitor numbers can fluctuate unpredictably at the sites throughout the day. The typical waiting time falls within 0 to 10 or 30 minutes, though on rare occasions, it might be longer. Compliance with the dress code is mandatory. Visitors can get a scarf and a body cover from the desk if needed. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (last admission at 7:00 PM). Please fold your stroller and carry it in your hand, as the wheels may damage the historical floor.

Amazing!

I liked the combo option, they compose together the larger expierience of Hagia Sophia and its history during centuries. I would suggest to visit the museum first, and later visit Hagia Sophia :) Skip-the-line option was very useful (no waste of time next to the ticket office, and only for the entrance itself to the mosque).

What made this experience great was definitely our guide Arda Kurus. He was very knowledgeable, kind, not in a hurry. He took time to explain, to take some pictures to listen to different opinions and beliefs! My husband and I liked it very much! Thank you again Arda for your kindness !!

Amazing!

It costs the same as at the box office. I don't understand what happened in Istanbul, but the prices of museums and mosques are through the roof...

Amazing!

Very informative tour. The audio recording and interactive map with description was excellent. We really enjoyed the museum interactive tour right at the side of the ticket office. I have seen many museums but the information and content of this tour was far exceeding the others. Must do activity in Istanbul.

Great!

We had some minor hiccups with this. We tried walking into the experience musuem first, and they weren't sure if the ticket was valid or not, so they tried scanning it. It didn't go through so they sent us back outside and around the counter to the ticket booth. This ticket booth has huge signs advertising for Hagia Sophia tickets. Luckily there was no line at the time. The guy in the booth told us it should be scannable and we explained we just came from the entrance where we were not able to scan it. Only then did he print our tickets for us. I'd also like to point out then when we arrived at the Hagia Sophia mosque around 11:30am on a Wednesday in June, the line for tickets was very short. So I'm not sure we really saved much time with this. The line for the entrance was 20 times longer than the ticket line. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get inside even with this "skip the line" ticket. At 4pm when we walked by later there was no line at all.
