Hard to quote this experience ...
On one hand, they were 45 minutes late for our pick-up at the hotel, when the boat was supposed to have left. The food was not good, tasteless at best... We had to "fight" to get glasses of wine (find the friendly bartender). The maximum capacity of the boat was announced as 75 people, but we must have been at least the triple... In short, a real cash factory without the slightest refinement or exclusivity among the New Year's Day cruises offered...
On the other hand : we've spent a memorable evening, in the heart of the action at midnight in Istanbul.
Finally, New Year's Eve in Istanbul, on the Bosphorus, is a cash factory. Don't expect anything especially tasty or premium on this cruise... Go for it because spending this evening on the Bosphorus is unforgettable knowing that perfection does not exist...

I went with my wife for this event expecting to be treated like couples It was more like Xmas part for big groups of people or working team
No privacy
Very loud atmosphere nothing special unfortunately
So I would say is not suitable for couple or families really
