Short Hiking Tour in the Albanian Alps

We begin our adventure in Tirana, heading towards the Alps. Our first stop is the Ndërlysaj Glacier Mills, where we'll witness the power of nature. Next, we'll hike to the enchanting Blue Eye of Kaprre, a natural pool nestled in a jungle-like environment. After a short break, we'll continue our hike to the Grunas Waterfall and Gorge, a Nature Monument. We'll also visit the historical Isolation Tower, where we'll learn about the Kanun, a traditional set of laws. We'll end the day in Theth, where we'll enjoy dinner and rest in a cozy guesthouse.

Day two starts with a hike from Theth to the Pass of Valbonë. The trail takes us through woods and scree, offering stunning views over the valleys of Valbonë and Theth. The descent towards Valbonë is a thrilling experience, with the landscape softening as we approach the valley. We'll spend the night in a guesthouse in Valbonë, where we'll enjoy a hearty dinner.

On the final day, we'll start with an early morning hike in the hills above Valbonë Valley. After descending to the guesthouse, we'll transfer to Fierzë to embark on a scenic ferry ride across Lake Koman. The ferry ride offers spectacular views, reminiscent of a Norwegian fjord. We'll end our journey in Tirana, with memories of an unforgettable adventure.
