We recently took a snorkeling tour that was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the negatives stood out right from the start. We were not provided with lifejackets, which was concerning. The driver barely acknowledged us, not even offering a simple hello, and communicated only to inform us how much time we had at each stop. The boat ride itself was quite unpleasant—bumpy and uncomfortable, and most passengers seemed to agree. However, the three snorkeling spots we visited were stunning and peaceful, which somewhat made up for the less-than-ideal journey.
