Today offers a choice of outdoor activities. Join a guided hiking tour to one of Maishofen's mountains, take a short hike to the 'Schwalbenwand' and enjoy a traditional lunch at the 'Kammer-Eck-Alm' alp, or participate in a local circular bike tour as part of the unique 'Radgolf' in Maishofen.

Cycle through the small moor bath town of Neunbrünnen to the riverbanks of the Saalach River and further to the Leogang Ache. Visit the mine that once produced silver ore for the famous Salzburg silver coins and admire the 70 rare kinds of minerals in the mineral cabinet.
