Good to know

It’s best to arrive 10 minutes early, as latecomers won't be able to join the group or receive a refund. Live commentary in only 1 language, as selected when booking. Maximum 25 participants. This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities. There is no luggage storage for extra clothing, umbrellas, bags, scooters, etc. Pets are not allowed. Free entry to Mirabell Gardens. The gardens are partially closed in winter, so it’s best to visit in spring, summer or autumn. For guest safety, in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), we will offer an alternative route to the gardens. From 21.11 to 05.01, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead. Public squares in the Old Town can get very crowded during special events such as musical performances, festivals, etc. We're not afraid of sun or rain, so the tour will take place as planned, regardless of weather. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
