The workshop was very fun and interesting. The factory tour was a bit long but at the end the demonstration of how they make pralines was nice.

Beautiful museum with a laboratory in the center of Brussels I went to this museum with my girlfriend during a vacation in Brussels. The structure is located in the center of the Belgian capital. We had booked the chocolate laboratory with a visit. As soon as we arrived we started producing chocolate bars after receiving a short lesson from an employee. The process, which lasted about an hour, was fun and very productive. Afterwards we visited the museum with tastings and a final demonstration. At the end there is a shop where you can buy various products. A place not to be missed if you love chocolate, it is definitely better to book, especially if you want to do the laboratory.
