We start our journey in the city of Split, from where we take a ferry to the picturesque Hvar Island. Our first stop is the harbor town of Stari Grad, known for its fortified Tvrdalj Castle, the beautifully restored Bianchini Palace, and a Dominican Monastery. We then pedal our way to Jelsa, where we admire the Renaissance Church of Saint John and the stunning waters of Mina Bay and Grebišce. Our journey continues to Vrboska, also known as 'Little Venice' for its numerous small bridges. Here, we explore the 16th-century Church of Saint Mary of Charity and the Church of Saint Lawrence, which houses Renaissance works of Veronese and Bassano. We end our day in Hvar, exploring its Gothic palaces, a Franciscan cloister, and a historic arsenal before climbing to a Spanish fort for a breathtaking sunset view. We conclude the day with a welcome dinner at our accommodation, Hotel Adriana (or similar).

Day two starts with a sea kayaking adventure to the serene Pakleni Otoci Islands, located off the southwest coast of Hvar. We paddle through the idyllic bays of Marinkovac Island and savor the fragrant blend of pine, lavender, and rosemary as we coast along the sandy beach at Sv. Klement Island. In the evening, we engage in a cooking class at a local restaurant, where we learn to prepare Croatian specialties such as čevapčiči (spiced sausages) with ajvar sauce, mussels, and black risotto. We spend the night at Hotel Adriana (or similar) in Hvar.

On day three, we travel by private boat from Hvar Town to Vela Luka on Korčula Island for a day of biking. Korčula, set on a tiny peninsula on the Pelješac channel, is known for its beautiful white quarried stone, secluded bays, and breathtaking views. We stop in the village of Smokvica for a group lunch. Our ride culminates in the medieval walled town of Korčula, where we explore the Old Quarter, visit Marco Polo's home, Saint Mark’s Cathedral, the Town Museum, and the Byzantine Icon Museum. We end the day with a seafood feast at Restaurant Riblji. Our accommodation for the night is Hotel Liburna (or similar) on Korčula Island.

Day four takes us to the village of Zrnovo, where we begin our hike through the Mediterranean vegetation and centuries-old stone walls. As we enter the Kočje nature preserve, the landscape changes from fields to lush Croatian Oak forests, a canyon with dolomitic rock formations, and a cave with natural spring water. We then traverse the picturesque Peljesac peninsula to a farm-to-table restaurant for lunch. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to enjoy Korčula and even take a dip in the Adriatic. Dinner this evening is at your leisure. We spend the night at Hotel Liburna (or similar) on Korčula Island.

Day five begins with an exciting buggy safari to Lumbarda beach. We follow our guides along the coastal gravel roads above Lumbarda and Žrnovo villages, pausing to admire the spectacular views and to swim and snorkel in two hidden bays. We then enjoy a wine tasting before biking back to Korčula Town. We gather in the evening for a delightful farewell dinner. Our accommodation for the night is Hotel Liburna (or similar) on Korčula Island.

After one last breakfast, we transfer you to the Dubrovnik airport or Dubrovnik town. You may choose to spend an extra night in Dubrovnik to explore its picturesque town center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
