1. It is a requirement for all passengers to have personal comprehensive insurance in order to check-in for any Roam Sailing tour.

2. We strongly advise you to obtain insurance coverage that is comprehensive and includes protection for cancellation, tour disruption, death, adventure activities, and medical expenses.

3. Roam Sailing cannot be held liable for any claims made by third parties against any other activity operator you choose to participate in while on a Roam Sailing tour. We are not responsible for any injuries or compensation related to such activities.

4. Comprehensive Travel insurance is compulsory for all Roam Sailing tours.

5. You must have comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage for personal injury, cancellation, medical expenses, death, and any other items not covered by our tour inclusions. By booking a tour with us, you agree to indemnify Roam Sailing against all claims, damages, actions, and remedies that may be brought against us in connection with your participation in our tours.

6. Roam Sailing cannot be held responsible if you fail to obtain the appropriate insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy adequately covers your needs and the activities you will be participating in. Some policies may exclude certain adventure activities, so please review your policy carefully.

7. If an insurance letter from Roam Sailing is requested, it will be considered as your confirmation that you will forfeit any payments made to Roam Sailing Pty Ltd and that you will be removed from the tour you have booked.

8. As a minimum requirement, you agree to have adequate insurance coverage that includes cancellation, personal liability, and loss of personal property. Please ensure that your insurance policy covers all the activities you will be participating in during the tour.

Not all boats provide the same facilities as Roam Sailing. We only work with the best! Our Premium A+ vessel provides you with private en-suite cabins, air conditioning, wifi and unlimited drinking water! That means no sharing with other people!

We also have plenty of space for relaxing, including 1 sun lounger deck and 3 lounge areas plus a bar area. You will have ample room for max relaxing.

Roam Sailing proudly runs all tours on premium A+ vessels.

Our vessels are newly refurbished and maintained to ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests. Our boats are fully equipped, featuring wi-fi,  3 decks, a saloon where we dine, a bar, plus much more!

We have double or twin cabins available, both above or below deck, and all of our cabins include a private ensuite and air-conditioning (which is a MUST in sunny Croatia). Towels and linen are provided, with our guests treated to mid-week housekeeping with a towel change. Each room has a safety box, hair dryer and plenty of space for your luggage including a hanging cupboard for longer items.

Your Roam Sailing guide will show you the ins and outs of everything you need to have the best week possible. There is nothing our guides haven't been through! All of our Roam Sailing guides are first aid trained and have been guiding on boats for many years.

Your Roam Sailing guide is also just for your tour! Unlike some other companies that share guides between boats, your guide will be yours and yours only! They are ready 24/7 for anything you need!

The boat will also come with a local crew that includes: A Captain, bartender, Croatian chef and sailors. Who are always at your disposal to help with anything you may need to make your week more comfortable.
