I made a last minute booking and they handled it perfectly! The driver was very accommodating to delays with my baggage, he waited at arrivals and was easy to spot. I highly recommend using their service. I will be booking future transfers here.

The transfer from the airport to our hotel was good. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it and was very friendly. My only issue is learning afterwards that a taxi (many are available as you walk outside the airport) would have cost less then half the transfer fee we were charged. So if I come back to Tirana I will book a taxi - There is a standard taxi rate of about 25 euros from the airport regardless of distance to your hotel as long as it is within Tirana. Don’t worry about not being able to find a taxi when you arrive. There’s many of them and everyone is friendly and can understand enough English to bring you where you need to go.

My driver arrived at my hotel a bit earlier than expected. But it's ok, I heard traffic in Tirana especially in the morning could be challenging. He speaks very good English so we spoke about different subjects along the way.

Our driver was friendly and engaging, so much so we requested him for our return transfer as well. He arrived on time for both transfers and when we had questions were able to contact Emily at the support number.
