The time I decided to travel to Armenia I was looking around for a tour guide and everywhere I found "Hayk" on pages being the best . Though I saw many other options but something made me not think twice about my decision and I booked Hayk for my trip . And TRuSt me this is the best decision I took for ARMENIA. He was amazinggg , he explained everything about Armenia , took us to the most beautiful sites , monuments and we had the best of food. And as we leave, we leave behind very good memories and an ABSOLUTE TREASURE FRIEND "HAYK"
So people travelling to Armenia don't think twice and just book him . You will never regret.

When we started planning for the Armenia trip and saw Hayk's rating at a 5/5, I thought this cant be real. I was terribly wrong. Hayk should be rated 10 out of 5!! He is the best guide we ever had in the last 20 years of travelling. He was so genuine, so passionate about history, Armenia, places where we visiting, humble, friendly etc etc. We were in Armenia this December 2023 for a 7 days family trip and Hayk was with us for 5 days.
Hayk made all travel and hotel reservations for us - including the Hobbit house at Dilijan. It was an amazing experience with tons of snow. The stay at Yerevan was arranged near the flea market - Just across the street. Other hotels were also really nice.
Really wonderful experience and looking forward to going back to Armenia in summer.

We travelled to Armenia during November '23 for 5 days, and we are glad that we chose Hayk as our guide.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Armenia, as Hayk kept us entertained the whole time. The itinerary planned by him was completely customized, just the way we wanted our trip to be!
We enjoyed the way he passionately explains the history behind each of the places we visited. His engaging narrative was top notch. He was extremely patient with us even when we took longer time at some spots (as we were a bigger family group) , and voluntarily offered to click some amazing family pictures.
He suggested hotels with best views for our stay and restaurants that served the most authentic food. He even helped us with Invitation letter for Visas, and booked hotels which we were not able to book ourselves.
We had a special connect with him as he knew a lot of information about India, India - Armenia relationships, and cultural heritage, films, songs, different places across India, etc.,
We would highly recommend Hayk for his friendliness, knowledge, hospitality, excellent fluency in English communication especially for people like us who don’t understand the Armenian language. Overall, we had the most memorable trip ever with Hayk as our guide!!!!

We were very fortunate to have Hayk act as our ambassador during our recent spring- summer tour of his beautiful homeland of Armenia. It’s hard to imagine how Hayk’s guidance could have been any better. Even prior to our arrival, simply from the shared communication, it was clear that this would be a very well-managed and professional experience.
Hayk met us in Tiblisi and helped us navigate the border, where it became clear how well-connected and experienced he is with the process. Beyond the infectious passion he has for Armenia and the depth of knowledge to detail it’s often tragic history, Hayk is a model of “customer-centricity”. The vehicle he uses is top notch. He provides a wi-fi hotspot. He also confessed to proactively taking mental notes of our likes/dislikes early on so he could tailor the trip for us accordingly. Need cash? Hayk finds you an ATM. Mention your desire for a croissant? Hayk takes you to a world-class bakery in the middle of nowhere. Interested in Armenian music? Hayk streams some Rouben Hakhverdian (and translates the lyrics). Hole in your sock? Hayk calls in the world’s foremost Armenian sock knitter. OK, the last scenario is made up, but you get the drift.
We felt safe and completely supported throughout our too-short journey. Hayk is the standard for all other tour guides to follow.

Our trip to Armenia has been the bestest trip due to Hayk. Me and my 2 friends had planned to celebrate our 50th Bday in Armenia. I got Hayk's reference from my colleagues and they all said Hayk is the best Tour Guide. Im so grateful to them for recommending his name. Hayk planned our entire itenary. He came to receive us at the airport. He welcomed us with his sweet smile. Helped us in carrying our luggage. From there our trip took off and there was not a single moment that we got bored. He kept us entertianed. Being an Armenian he played Antakshari with us and he was too good. He has such good knowledge on bollywood songs. Hayk is very passionate about his country and his work. He explained to us every minute details of every place. He took us to the most beautiful places that we could not even imagine of. He arranged scenic view hotel for us in Arevi. Staying on the cliff was a total new experience. In Dilijan, Hayk had booked Hobit House for us which is known as Cozy Homes. We fell in love with that place. It was out of the world. Then Hayk took us for Zip Liner. He motivated us and took the fear out of our minds and finally we all 3 friends managed to complete the Zip Liner. In Yervan Hayk took us to all remarkable historic places. He showed us Armenian Folk dance. We saw Armenia with eyes of Hayk. His friendly and caring nature made us so comfortable. We felt like he was our friend. He helped us in taking pictures and videos. He always had a smile on his face. We enjoyed every single moment because of Hayk's guidance. He tok us to Mount Ararat where there was full snow. He managed to drive us there very safely. Hayk is a thorough professional person who will make you happy with his talks. He is extremely knowledgeable. He helped us in celebrating my friends 50th bday in such a classy way. He went out of his way to make this possible. Thank you will be a very small word for his kind gestures. I would highly recommend Hayk if you ever plan a trip to Armenia. I can promise you will enjoy it to the fullest if you have Hayk as your Tour Guide. For us he is no more a Tour Guide, he is more like a Friend. East or West Hayk is the best 👌 .

We had a fantabulous time in Armenia. Its a beautiful country and most of all our guide..more like a friend, Hayk was so energetic, always cracking jokes, sharing his knowledge about the history and culture of his country. He always kept our spirits high!! It shows how passionate he is about his people and his country. My kids too had a great time with him. We would definitely recommend Hayk as your tour guide anytime!! Kudos to Hayk and keep up the great work!! Will definitely visit Armenia with our full family next time!!

We decided to go with Hayk seeing the absolutely fantastic ratings; 191 of them with 5* couldn't be wrong! We had never really done guided tours, preferring our own planning and execution for 30 of the 39 countries visited. But right from the first email interaction (fast, crisp and clear content, with enough options for all budgets) we knew we were on the right track with this one. He took care of every little detail - we were with him a couple of days then stayed at Tzakhadzor for two days to ski (learn and practise), then again with him for another day. He managed the entire trip end to end, including getting us a wonderful skiing instructor and making sure everything was perfectly coordinated.
Right from the time we got picked up at the airport, the entertainment and education began. Hayk is like a walking encyclopedia on anything Armenia and super humorous too- a wonderful combination to make sure longish tours are lifetime memories.
He knew a lot of people at the places we visited, he knew photo angles that looked the best, he could beat a radio jockey hands down on being able to keep the audience entertained for hours at a stretch, and he could beat most Indians at Antakshari in Hindi (my wife and me have the trophy to him and our daughter for being able to last the entire duration, despite one not being too much into Hindi music lyrics and the other not even being Indian!
Long story short : If you want to travel to Armenia and ensure that you stay in budget, but don't miss anything, use the time well without running like rats every waking moment and if you want to make the trip into a lifetime memory with a complete education on Armenia and Armenians, you can blindly go with Hayk.
PS: Don't forget to ask him why his tour company has the seemingly blah name of "Hayk the Guide" and don't forget to make him sing in the Gerrard cave monastery (he won't need reminding by the way!).

A perfect trip with a knowledgeable and patriotic guide. He was flexible and was more like a member of our tour group than a guide. He was very patient especially with my kid, who missed him on the 3rd day when we was not around. Thank you for such a memorable trip. Until next time Hayk!
