Flying Dress © Photoshoot in Santorini: Happy Birthday Package

Our photoshoot with Flying Dress Photo company in Oia was the experience of a lifetime. From the time of booking the reservation, the team was very responsive to all my questions and ensured we had everything we needed before we left for our trip. We selected the Happy Birthday package with the added assistant and driver. When we arrived at the old port of Fira via Royal Caribbean cruise line, we had to take the first tender after the ship docked (~7:30 a.m.) to get to the cable car. This is VERY important if you have an early appointment. Once the tender dropped us off, we took the cable car (cable car process was 40 min.) to the top of the cliff and walked 5 minutes to Caldera Yachting Santorini. FDP provided a detailed map, but it was so easy that you really didn't need it. Our driver arrived 20 minutes later at the meeting spot, and we took a 15 minute ride to Oia.

When we arrived to meet the makeup artist (Renia), I was a little nervous about how my make would look. However, Renia was AWESOME. She used MAC and several other products that I had in my bag (as a back up..lol). My package included hair styling; but, I didn't need it. The shop also had jewelry and hair pieces available for purchase.

The only hiccup I had during my session was my dress selection. The dress that was confirmed for me to use was not available when I arrived. My dress assistant selected an alternative dress that worked. The dress selection was broad.

After my makeup was completed, the photographer (George) and my dress assistant (his wife) led us (walking) to the BEAUTIFUL blue and white houses of Oia. Our photographer was very professional, fun, and ensured we were comfortable the entire time.

A few other tips, it was extremely hot and other tourist will also be out taking pictures. I highly recommend having an assistant to carry your belonging, provide water, and help with dress.

After the photoshoot, our driver gave us a surprise mini tour on the way back to the ship, where we were able to take some additional photos.

I did this photoshoot for my 45th Birthday. Booking online was extremely easy. I opted for the hair and makeup. Inna did a beautiful job transforming my hair and makeup. The photographer, George, made you feel comfortable and captured some amazing shots. Christina, the flying dress assistant was so sweet. I cannot say enough about the Flying Dress photoshoot on Santorini. I’m far more comfortable behind a camera than in front of it, but Vasilis, the photographer, and Ioanna, the person who made the dress fly, were fantastic to work with. They helped me pose and made me feel wonderful. The

experience was empowering, joyful, and so much fun. This company has a great selection of colors and styles of dresses and many locations to pick from. While most of the photos are of me, there are many with my husband as well. A unique and exceptional experience.

Hello i would love to share my opinion of a photo shoot i did take in Santorini,flying dress.

It was unforgettable experience worth the time and money!

I picked golden yellow dress was just beyound what i expected!

Proffesional photographer really knew how to do pictures that i looked just stunning,his assistante was super friendly and they both worked well with each other to make a dress fly and create just best pictures.

He was super caring all the time about safety and just my feeling beeing comfortable.

I did booking via instagram which was super easy and fast.

All on time.

I got georgous pictures!

I highly recommend if you are comming to Santorini is just a must on the list to do.

So happy that I took the leap to do this - it's THE BEST souvenier of my trip to the Greek Islands! My photographer George and the dress assistant were kind, talented, and helpful (advising on how to pose and where to look - cuz I had no clue!). Everything was professional handled, and the photos are stunning. So, so happy!!
