This class is highly recommended! Benjamin was an awesome host for our cooking class! He made it a very fun and educational visit. Absolutely left the class thinking that I could be the best pasta chef back home.
The Prosecco was also a plus, but not the star - the pasta was!

By far the most fun cooking class I've taken! I couldn't believe that I made my own pasta, and enjoyed a perfect meal with company from around the world. The spritzes were delicious and we could customize to our taste preferences. Now I can entertain with homemade pasta, and it was so easy!
My spouse took the class with me, and he has dexterity differences (his one hand works quite differently from most). He found the experience quite enjoyable and there was plenty of time that I could help when things weren't as easy. The instructor also came around and helped whenever they could. The whole experience was bellisima and we highly recommend it!

We loved this cooking class experience, Jem and Marley were a great help, they put our inexperienced minds at ease as we went through the process of making fresh pasta for our carbonara - which was delicious!
We enjoyed the 3 different spritz cocktails which were regularly topped up during the lesson.
Would highly recommend especially for a couple looking for a fun experience. 5 stars.
