My wife and I toured with Giovanna who was terrific. She spoke English, but provided a radio transmitter so that we could easily hear the information since others are obviously there and talking. She also had images to show what she talking about at times to get a better perspective. The tour itself was awesome. We got the full experience and learned things that we never knew. Our purchase also included VIP access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill that I didn't receive, so she had the tickets emailed again.

Giovanna our guide was excellent she made the whole experience come alive, she was knowledgeable friendly and kept us entertained.
Her commentary and description provided us with a great insight and better understanding of the life and demise of the Gladiators the Colosseum and the Roman Empire.
