Absolutely LOVED our 2 hr tuk tuk experience with Valentin! An extremely nice and knowledgeable guy who speaks perfect English.
It was snowing during our tour - he gave us the option to cancel but we went anyway, and were very glad we did! He provided blankets and repeatedly asked if we were ok/too cold etc. As long as you have the right clothes, this experience can be enjoyed whatever the weather (except maybe not torrential, horizontal rain!).
Valentin’s knowledge of the city and the country as a whole was incredible, and he told the stories in such an interesting way. He was also a very safe driver - we didn’t feel unsafe in the tuk tuk at any point, despite the traffic being busy at times.
We saw lovely buildings and neighbourhoods and Valentin stopped many times to allow us to take photos and explain what we were looking at. We saw much more of the city than we would have been able to on foot.
We very much look forward to returning to Bucharest in the summer months and will definitely be recommend this tour to friends and family.
Thanks for a great tour Valentin! 🫶

We booked a last minute Tuk Tuk so that we could fully understand the history of Bucharest and could not recommend this experience more.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and clearly passionate and honest about Romania’s troubled past and the changes that are being made. He really made the experience worth it!
PS, if you are going on a Tuk Tuk in winter - bring gloves/hat/scarf - although there was a blanket and bottled water provided we were very cold 😀

What an amazing time. Me and my friend were both so pleased with the experience. From the first correspondence tutuk bucherest were a delight to deal with, even on way to meet and we got a little lost they were on hand to help and offering to find us. Robert our guide was such a friendly, knowledgeable man that has a true passion for his country and its history. He told us all about the country, showed monuments answered all questions we had however silly they sounded. Took photos. Definitely consider doing this trip, brilliant way to see lots of bucharest and learn so much.

We loved our Tuk Tuk tour of Bucharest. Valentin was a great guide. Really knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. He was even picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us off at a convenient location. Although you are provided with blankets, if going during winter, wrap up warm! Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

I had a wonderful experience on a Friday riding a tuk-tuk through Bucharest with my friend! Mr. Vali was an amazing guide and driver - warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly honors Bucharest with the detailed and fascinating information he shares about the city and even showed us photos of the old facades of some buildings, which added a special touch to the tour.
Despite the chilly weather, he made sure we were comfortable by providing a blanket to keep us warm, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
It was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend Mr. Vali for anyone looking to explore Bucharest in a unique, funny, and engaging way!

We booked this tour in a wet day in December hoping that the weather would improve on the day - and it did!
We were met by our friendly driver, Robert, in front of our hotel in the old town.
The tour itself was very very informative with Robert extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the capital’s history. In addition, his English was exceptional.
The blanket for our knees was very handy as it did get a bit chilly.
We saw all the main sites in the city with Robert stopping on a regular basis to give us an insight into the building we were viewing.
At outset he asked us what we were interested in seeing and he focussed on those areas throughout the tour.
We came away feeling like we had a real insight into this beautiful city and its trials and tribulations along the way.
If you do one thing whist here, do this!!!
