We decided to try the open top city bus tour and it was just brilliant our Guide Julie was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, she was not averse to a bit of banter and the banter between her and the Driver was great was funny to listen to, Julie pointed out the various sites on the tour, she did a bit of a pop quiz and we both did well with knowing some of the answers, we would do the tour again.

Guide Kim and driver Brian gave us a great journey through the city. Liverpool has a lot of beautiful and interesting places to visit!

I bought 4 concession tickets to see Liverpool from the Red open top bus. We had a delightful informative journey with lots of fun all supplied by Jimmy our tour guide, who had us laughing within minutes and the next 50 on the bus. We stayed on the bus for another quarter turn to the Central Library, our intention was to visit the World Museum and Walker Art Gallery but unfortunately are closed on Mondays, thankfully the Central Library was open and had a cafe.
Central Library behind the old facade is a modern interior, wonderful to see but go to the 1st floor and explore the building to the right through to the round dome library all wonderful in the past.

Very good value for money. Best way to see the sights of Liverpool. Also being able to hop on and hop off was excellent. What made this sight seeing trip was Jimmy, our fantastic tour guide. He was knowledgeable and so much fun. Worth every penny and will probably do it again.
