Visit the Roman Amphitheater and take some free time to stop at Le Café Van Gogh. In the evening, we'll sail to Avignon, where you can enjoy live jazz entertainment on board. All meals are included.

Today, take a guided sightseeing tour of the fortress city of Avignon, visiting the amazing Palace of the Popes. Optional excursions include a visit to the ancient Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard or a trip to the famed wine cellars of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring Avignon's art, culture, theatre, and museums. Don't forget to snap photos of the captivating countryside, historic monuments, and the medieval Pont Saint-Bénézet. Enjoy a leisurely morning sail to Viviers. Choose between a walk to Vivier's hilltop Cathedral with your Adventure Host or a guided walking tour of this charming village. Explore its Romanesque cathedral and Old Town with a mix of historical Christian, Roman, and medieval influences. In the evening, we'll cruise to Tournon. All meals are included.

Explore Tournon on foot with your Adventure Host or join a morning guided walking tour to explore one of France's oldest medieval cities. See its 16th-century castle and Roman ruins. During our sailing to Vienne, enjoy a jazz entertainment onboard. In Vienne, join a guided walk through this charming French hill town. In the evening, enjoy free time to attend the well-known Vienne Jazz Festival. Overnight docking in Vienne. All meals are included.

Join a guided sightseeing tour to survey Lyon from Fourvière Hill and explore the Old Town with its maze of medieval alleyways. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the lively cafés, monuments, and the famed fountain of Place des Terreaux. In the evening, enjoy the strains of Gypsy Jazz on board as we cruise to Tournus. All meals are included.

Travel into the rolling landscapes of the Mâconnais region to learn about its world-famous Chardonnay vineyards and attend a wine-tasting in the cellars of a real medieval castle. Later, enjoy a delicious cheese tasting onboard. In the evening, enjoy live entertainment on board as we dock overnight in Chalon-sur-Saône. All meals are included.

Drive to Beaune and visit the Hôtel-Dieu Charity Hospital, a masterpiece of French architecture. Afterward, take a high-speed train from Dijon to Paris. Breakfast is included.

Discover the ancient heart of Paris on a captivating guided walk or join a guided city tour that shows the iconic sites of Paris, such as the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, Opéra Garnier, and the famous Champs-Élysées.
