There are no storage lockers to keep strollers or any other item you choose to bring, it’s your responsibility to bring it up to the Eiffel Tower. Large suitcases aren’t allowed to get in.

This tour skips the general admission line, ensuring a faster and more seamless entry to the Eiffel Tower. However, please note that all visitors must pass through security checks, and there may still be a line for the elevator from the second floor to the top floor. Thank you for your understanding!

Please ensure that all infants and children are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.

Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
