European Wanderer (Winter, Start Paris, 24 Days)

On day three, we'll leave the bustling city of Paris behind and journey through the picturesque French countryside, past the scenic vineyards of the Burgundy region. Our destination is the charming Swiss town of Lucerne, known for its cobbled streets, medieval architecture, and stunning mountain backdrops. In the evening, you'll have the chance to sample a traditional Swiss cheese fondue.

On day five, we'll bid farewell to Switzerland and head back to France, this time to the country's second-largest city, Lyon. Known as the gastronomic capital of France, Lyon is the perfect place to sample local delicacies in a quaint 'bouchon'. Topped off with some Beaujolais wine, it's the perfect end to a day of travel.

Day six sees us leaving Lyon and heading south through the Pyrenees mountains in search of the vibrant city of Barcelona. Known for its year-round sunshine, delicious food, and friendly locals, Barcelona is a city that captures the heart in an instant. Get ready to explore its many wonders.

On day eight, we'll leave the vibrant city of Barcelona behind and head to the glamorous French Riviera. Known for its sapphire waters and endless glamour, the French Riviera is a playground for the rich and famous. Get ready to experience the glitz and glamour of this stunning coastline.

Day eleven will be split between two of Italy's best cities, starting with a leather craft demonstration in Florence, followed by a tour from a local guide. After a lunch stop at a traditional Olive Oil mill, we'll journey to the Eternal City of Rome. Here, you'll have the chance to experience timeless classics like pizza, pasta, and Italian gelato.

On day thirteen, we'll bid a reluctant 'Arrivederci' to Rome and travel towards the top of Italy's 'boot', headed for the famed city of canals, Venice. En route, we'll stop in Padua, a city with a rich history and a vibrant student vibe. Once in Venice, you'll be introduced to this unique city built on over 100 small islands, with no roads, just canals.

On day fifteen, we'll leave Italy behind and travel to the Austrian capital, Vienna. Our journey will take us through the Dolomites, offering stunning views of wooden chalets and green mountains. Once in Vienna, you'll be introduced to a city bursting with historical charm and the chance to see a Mozart and Strauss concert in one of the city's palaces.

Day sixteen is all about exploring Vienna. You can choose to spend the day sipping Viennese coffee and indulging in warm apple strudel, or you can visit the Schönbrunn Palace and stroll the city streets. Don't miss the chance to see St. Stephen's Cathedral and the State Opera House, and stop by Swarovski for some glittery souvenirs.

On day seventeen, we'll leave Vienna behind and head to Munich, Germany's third-largest city. On our way, we'll make a sobering stop at the Dachau Concentration Camp memorial. Once in Munich, you'll have the chance to explore the Old Town, see the Glockenspiel and Marienplatz, and relax in a traditional beer hall.

Day nineteen is all about exploring Prague at your own pace. Roam the pretty lanes and romantic courtyards, admire the colorful baroque buildings and Gothic churches, or take a walking food tour if you're feeling peckish. This UNESCO World Heritage city is yours to discover.

On day twenty-two, we'll leave Berlin behind and travel through the Netherlands to the charming Dutch capital, Amsterdam. Known for its charming gable houses and pretty canals, Amsterdam is a city that's even prettier at night. Spend the evening exploring with your crew, checking out the museums, the nightlife, or a bit of both.

Day twenty-three is all about exploring Amsterdam. The city is yours to discover, whether you're interested in visiting the Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh Museum, or simply strolling along the canals. In the evening, join us for a farewell dinner at the beautiful fishing village of Volendam, followed by a cruise along the famous canals.

On the final day of our tour, we'll say our goodbyes and head back to London. We'll travel south to Calais, cross from France to England, and then return to London, where you'll be left to start dreaming up your next big adventure.
