France and Switzerland with Alsace and Black Forest

Kick off your European adventure in the heart of France, the wine region of Bourgogne. Explore the charming city of Beaune, known for its flower-filled streets, hospice, and wine museum. Continue to Lyon, the capital of Roman Gallia, where you'll take a cable car to Notre Dame de Fourvière for a panoramic view of the city. In the evening, we'll head to Chambery, a medieval-style city with a beautiful historic center and a large castle.

Travel to Switzerland and explore Geneva, where you'll see the Palace of Nations and the English Garden. Visit the magnificent Chillon Castle, built in the waters of the lake, and the picturesque village of Gruyeres, famous for its cheese. Indulge your sweet tooth with a visit to the Cailler Chocolate Factory, where you'll enjoy a tasting session. End the day in Leysin, a beautiful holiday village with spectacular views.

Experience high mountain scenery as you ride the cable car up to Glacier 3000. Walk on the suspended bridge between two mountain peaks, enter the Ice Cathedral, or have fun in the Fun Park. Continue to the Alsace region in France and stop in Colmar, a city with unique architecture and colored wooden houses. Visit two of the most beautiful villages of Alsace: Riquewihr and Ribeauville. Arrive in Strasbourg in the evening and explore the Cathedral and Petite France area.

Spend some time in Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace, before heading to Germany. Visit Freiburg, a university city with a medieval center and cathedral. Explore Triberg, a picturesque town in the Black Forest known for its cuckoo clocks, and visit the Triberg Falls, the highest in Germany. Continue to Gengenbach, a small town with a beautiful central square. Stay overnight in Baden-Baden, a spa city that attracted nobles and upper bourgeoisie from all over Europe.

Leave Baden-Baden for Speyer, a city on the banks of the Rhine River. Visit its great Romanesque cathedral and walk through the old quarter. Continue to Heidelberg, where you'll take a cable car to its impressive castle. After lunch, walk through the old town and its Markt Platz. Arrive in Frankfurt in the afternoon, a large financial city known for its modern skyscrapers, old town, and vibrant nightlife.

Travel to Luxembourg, a cosmopolitan city that combines a rich history with modernity. Explore its old town, fortifications, the Grand Ducal Palace, and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. After lunch, head to France and stop in Reims, known for its impressive Gothic cathedral. Arrive in Paris at the end of the day.
