We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

Kick off your European adventure in the heart of France, the wine region of Bourgogne. Explore the charming city of Beaune, known for its flower-filled streets, hospice, and wine museum. Experience high mountain scenery as you ride the cable car up to Glacier 3000. Walk on the suspended bridge between two mountain peaks, enter the Ice Cathedral, or have fun in the Fun Park. Stop in Interlaken for lunch before heading to the Aareslucht Gorges. End the day in Chiasso, a Swiss town on the border with Italy.

Visit Lugano, the cosmopolitan capital of Italian Switzerland, and enjoy a stroll by its beautiful lake. Continue to Burglen, the birthplace of William Tell, and explore its 16th-century chapel and museum. In the neighboring city of Altdorf, you'll find traces of Tell's history. Proceed to Lucerne for some free time to explore this beautiful city by the lake. The day ends in Zurich, where you'll arrive at the end of the day.
