We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

Welcome to the start of your French adventure! We'll head south to the picturesque city of Blois, where you can explore the iconic Blois Castle. From there, we'll journey to the Loire Valley, stopping in Tours for a leisurely lunch by the Loire River. In the afternoon, we'll visit the beautiful gardens of Chateau de Villandry before ending our day in the medieval city of Amboise. Dinner is included.

Our day begins with a stroll from Amboise to the Clos Lucé mansion, the final residence of Leonardo da Vinci. We'll then explore the iconic Château de Chenonceau, a stunning castle built over the River Cher. Our journey continues with a visit to Chambord, the largest castle in the Loire Valley, before heading to Limoges, a city renowned for its exquisite porcelain.

Today, we'll journey from Limoges to the Dordogne region, known for its charming villages and breathtaking countryside. We'll visit the Lascaux Caves, a prehistoric site adorned with magnificent cave paintings. After a stroll and lunch in the world heritage town of Sarlat, we'll head to Beynac to explore its medieval castle. Our day ends in Rocamadour, a stunning medieval village with an important sanctuary. Dinner is included.

We'll start the day with a visit to the impressive Padirac Caves, where we'll enjoy a boat ride on the underground river. Next, we'll stop at Collonges la Rouge, a picturesque village on the Way of St James. After lunch, we'll travel to St. Emilion, located in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region. Our day concludes in Bordeaux, where we'll arrive in the late afternoon.

Today, we'll explore Bordeaux, a city whose entire center is a World Heritage site. We'll visit the Cité du Vin, an interactive museum that tells the story of wine production, complete with a wine tasting at the viewpoint over Bordeaux. After lunch by the Garonne River, we'll take a high-speed train to Paris, covering the 500 km journey in under two hours.
