Welcome to France! Your journey begins in the vibrant city of Marseille. Please ensure your flight arrives by 3 pm and that you are on board the ship by 5 pm. We'll then set sail for Arles, where we'll dock overnight. Dinner will be served on board.

Start your day with a power walk in Arles or attend a painting workshop inspired by Vincent van Gogh. Explore the captivating city of Arles on a guided walking tour, including a visit to the Roman Amphitheater. Enjoy some free time at Le Café Van Gogh before we sail to Avignon. Take a guided sightseeing tour of Avignon, visiting the amazing Palace of the Popes. Later, enjoy a trip to the famed wine cellars of Châteauneuf-du-Pape for a taste of the Rhône wine region. Enjoy a leisurely morning sail to Viviers. Choose between a walk to Vivier's hilltop Cathedral with your Adventure Host or a guided walking tour of this charming village. In the evening, join an onboard food and wine pairing dinner hosted by your Master of Wine. We'll then cruise to Tain L'Hermitage, where we'll dock for the night. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Explore Tournon on foot with your Adventure Host or take a guided walking tour of one of France's oldest medieval cities. In the early afternoon, we'll cruise to Lyon. Enjoy an onboard chocolate and wine tasting hosted by your Master of Wine while sailing. Overnight docking in Lyon. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Join a guided sightseeing tour of Lyon, exploring the Old Town and the lively cafés and monuments of Place des Terreaux. Alternatively, take a guided tour to the lovely Beaujolais area and learn more about its light and pleasant wine. In the evening, we'll sail to Tournus. Overnight cruise to Tournus. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Travel into the rolling landscapes of the Mâconnais region to learn about its world-famous Chardonnay vineyards and attend a wine-tasting in the cellars of a real medieval castle. Later, enjoy a delicious cheese and wine tasting hosted by your Master of Wine. Overnight docking in Chalon-sur-Saône. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Visit the Hôtel-Dieu Charity Hospital in Beaune, a stunning example of French architecture. In the afternoon, travel by motorcoach to Basel to board your Rhine River cruise. We'll then set sail for Breisach. Meals include breakfast and dinner.

Join a full-day guided tour to the magical Black Forest or the charming village of Colmar. Alternatively, explore Freiburg's medieval city center on a guided tour. In the evening, we'll cruise to Strasbourg. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Discover Strasbourg by bike with your Adventure Host or join a city sightseeing tour, including Strasbourg's Gothic cathedral and the magical La Petite France District. Later, join a guided tour along the famed Alsace Wine Route. In the evening, we'll cruise to Speyer. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Enjoy a guided city tour, including a visit to the Wine Museum, or take a guided tour to Heidelberg Castle, home to the 'World's Largest Wine Barrel'. Overnight docking in Speyer. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Enjoy a hike through the picturesque vineyards of Rüdesheim or join a guided tour to the 13th-century Eberbach Monastery. Alternatively, take a guided tour of the incredible Mechanical Music Museum. En route to Koblenz, sail through the Rhine Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and pass the legendary Rock of the Lorelei. Overnight docking in Koblenz. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Enjoy a bike ride like the locals in Cologne with your Adventure Host or choose a guided walking tour of Cologne's important Jewish heritage sites. Alternatively, take a guided city walk of Cologne, with its soaring twin-steepled gothic cathedral. Spend free time over a glass of Kölsch pale lager, locally brewed for over 100 years. In the afternoon, we'll cruise to Amsterdam. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Start your day with an early morning walk in Amsterdam with your Adventure Host or explore the iconic waterways of Amsterdam on a guided canal cruise. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this charming city at your own pace. You may choose to join a guided optional excursion to Zaanse Schans to see historic windmills and charming Dutch houses. Overnight docking in Amsterdam. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
