Today we have an option to enjoy special wine-tasting and lunch in the town of Kaspi.at the small,family-run Merebashvili's winery you can enjoy the best of Georgian traditional hospitality and wine-making.Led by the youngest and the most motivated son of the family,Lasha we will be proudly shown every corner of the estate including the most tempting one-the wine cellar where the family has been making wines in traditional clay-jars.Here,we will learn about different types of grapes of this region,about the family's wine-making procedures followed by a tasting of several types of wines as well as the locally-made grape "fire-water"-Chacha -plus some home-made appetizers. After a visit to the wine-cellar and wine-tasting we will be kindly invited to enjoy our lunch with a family,serving different cold and hot dishes.Here we can taste some of the famous regional delicacies including Khabidzgina-cheese and potato bread.
