A Journey Through Germany

Our adventure begins in the vibrant city of Munich, the heart of Bavaria. After meeting our Tour Leader and fellow travelers at the hotel, we will enjoy a delightful welcome dinner together. Accommodation: Hotel Drei Löwen (or similar). Meals: Dinner.

After breakfast, we will head to Regensburg, a city renowned for its medieval charm. Enjoy free time to explore the 12th-century Stone Bridge and the Gothic Cathedral. After lunch, we will visit Weltenburg Abbey, home to the world's oldest monastic brewery, for a tour and beer tasting. Our day concludes in Bamberg, where we will have the evening at our leisure. Today, we will delve into Bamberg's rich history with a guided walking tour, exploring Cathedral Square and the Old Town Hall. The afternoon is free for personal exploration, with a recommended visit to Altenburg Castle. Enjoy Bavarian cuisine at a local restaurant or relax at the hotel in the evening. We will leave Bamberg and travel to Würzburg for an orientation tour of the Old Town, followed by a visit to the magnificent Würzburg Residence. After lunch, we will continue along the Romantic Road to Rothenburg, where a group dinner awaits. Accommodation: Hotel Altes Brauhaus (or similar). Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.

Today, we will visit Heidelberg, Germany's oldest university town. Explore the Renaissance architecture of Heidelberg Castle and enjoy lunch in the Marktplatz. Afterward, we will travel to the spa town of Baden-Baden, where the evening is free for personal enjoyment. Accommodation: Heliopark Bad Hotel zum Hirsch (or similar). Meals: Breakfast.

We will depart Baden-Baden for the Central Black Forest, stopping in the village of Schonach to visit a traditional cuckoo clock manufacturer. We will then explore the enchanting forest and its waterfalls before arriving in Freiburg, where we will have free time to wander the charming streets. Accommodation: The Alex Hotel (or similar). Meals: Breakfast.

We will start the day with a tour of Freiburg's farmer's market at Münsterplatz, sampling regional specialties. The afternoon is free for personal exploration, with options to visit museums, galleries, or relax in Rathausplatz. In the evening, enjoy local cuisine and perhaps a slice of Black Forest gâteau. We will visit Friedrichshafen to explore the Zeppelin Museum and enjoy the lakeside promenade. After a brief stop in Lindau for photos, we will continue to the Ammergau Alps for a farewell dinner amid breathtaking scenery. Accommodation: Schlosskrone Hotel (or similar). Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.

Our final day includes a visit to the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, perched above the village of Hohenschwangau. After exploring the castle, we will return to Munich to conclude our tour. Meals: Breakfast.
