Situated above the Alpsee, this hotel offers a panoramic view of the Constance valley. The 50 rooms are rather simply furnished but spacious and almost all overlook the Alpsee.

Hopferau: Schloss zu Hopferau**** - 2 nights

The over 550-year-old Hopferau Castle has had a very eventful past. Built as a hunting lodge by the knight Sigmund, it very quickly acquired a good reputation as a house of hospitality and comfort due to its comfort. In addition to knights, princes and other noblemen, according to tradition it also housed some notable personalities about whom one can read in numerous history books. Today, the castle houses a romantic 4-star hotel. All rooms - only 15 in total - are located in a modern annex at the back of the historic building. The rooms are rather small, but stylish and modernly furnished. Wonderful, quiet location in a small village surrounded by the well-kept castle park. The castle is particularly popular for weddings and other celebrations and is therefore always fully booked at weekends.
