We were there 10 minutes in advance, nothing was ready, eventually we left at 10:30, 30 minutes late. The information made no sense, usually 1/2 sentences and then it was like, just look around. The guide was barely understandable and could barely speak English. Also, the e-scooters were not really of good quality, brakes did not work on some and saddles were not comfortable.

Multiple messages from guide beforehand to move booking to earlier time which we accommodated, but was getting ridiculous. Guide tried pushing for us to do tour with Segways. This seems to have been because the segways were already out, as he would have to move them and bring out the scooters, which we refused as we wanted to use the escooters. We got the impession through the tour that the guide had somewhere else to be. The tour wasn't cut short but felt very disengaged and not particularly interested. I normally leave a tip after these tours but not this time.

We had actually booked a two-hour e-scooter tour and were able to spontaneously upgrade to a three-hour Segway tour. The equipment was good and the introduction was sufficient. The guide was very friendly and had a lot of information, even about lesser-known locations. The route was mostly on quieter streets, as far as possible.

It was an experience.

Loved it, the Segway was a bit scary but got used to it in a few minutes and was whizzing away. Our tour guide was the best, we got to see parts of berlin we wouldn't have seen on our own. I loved it.

We booked the 3 hour e-scooter tour. The tour was due to start at 12pm. We arrived on time and no one was there. We phoned the provider and were told to come back at 1pm. About 12:45pm lots of other people arrived for the 1pm Segway tour. It was evident there never was a 12pm escooter tour. We were offered Segways but wanted the scooters we booked. We were added to a Segway tour on scooters. The tour started at 1:20pm so we wasted over an hour of our holiday time and it didn’t last 3 hours, it was about 2 hours 20 mins. The actual tour when it got going was OK but clearly not what we expected and nothing like the previous escooter tours we enjoyed in Budapest and Prague. Maybe they are set up for Segway tours and not really for escooters.

the tour itself was very nice! a nice trip through berlin and we got a lot of nice information from the nice guide mike. what was less was that we were called the day before the start with the question if we could go an hour later. that was not a problem in itself. but an hour before the new start time we got another call if it could go an hour later. we actually had no choice. eventually started 2 hours later than planned so we had to rush to our next activity. we were also merged with another group so we no longer had a private tour. all in all the tour itself was very nice but there is still some room for improvement in the organization.
