Airport Transfers - If you are arriving/departing by flight, airport transfers will be included. If you arrive/depart by train or other means, please note that you will need to transfer on your own to the hotel/station using public transportation or by taking a cab.

Intercity Transfers - Intercity transfers are included where indicated. Train/bus tickets or passes will be provided in standard class (2nd class).

Transfers from hotel to train station/bus station and vice versa are NOT included, either you can use public transportation or haul a cab (Uber/Bolt etc.) easily for the same.

Hotels will be 3* and you can be assured of the quality of the properties, as we partner only with hotels which meet the following criteria - Overall and Location Rating >=8.0/10 on booking.com and Overall Rating >=4.0/5 on TripAdvisor and >=4.0 on Google. All hotels are centrally located and well connected by public transportation which will make sure your commuting time and costs are minimal

Cologne- Eden Hotel Früh am Dom or similar

Amsterdam- Holiday inn express Amsterdam south, or similar

Note: City Tax and Tourist Tax on hotels is excluded and must be paid at the time of check-in directly to the hotel. It varies from 2-7 EUR per person per night. In case of Amsterdam apart from approx. EUR 3 city tax, an additional approx. EUR 10-15 per room per night tourism tax will also have to be paid directly. The tourism tax varies with season and the type of accommodation.

Please note that European hotel rooms are often more compact and may not include all amenities, such as electric kettles or elevators. However, they do ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cool air-conditioning in Europe is often limited to 5°C under the ambient outside temperature (so if it is 30°C outside, the AC won't cool below 25°C). In Switzerland, most hotels will not have cool air conditioning at all. However, all hotels are centrally heated.

Check in and check out time across Europe will be 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM. However, if you arrive in a city earlier or depart later, you can store your bags with the hotel free of charge.

This is a self-guided tour, no guide will be available (except for city walking tours, where indicated only). Admission tickets shall be included for attractions where mentioned in the itinerary. Detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary will be sent and an interactive online session to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions will be held before departure. This will ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey. Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip, if needed.

What happens once you book:

- Our team will contact you over WhatsApp

- A detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary along with all the vouchers shall be shared with you over email 3-4 weeks before departure (If the booking is received closer to departure, the same will be shared within 10 days of the booking)

- An interactive online session 3-4 weeks before departure to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions. This session helps ensure that you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey

- Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip

The following are the inclusions in this tour:

- Private pick up and drop from the airport for the party. There will be enough space for one medium size checked bag per passenger and one small cabin bag

- 3 star hotel with breakfast (no other meals are included)

- Day 1: Arrival - Drop to the hotel from the airport by a private cab

- Day 1: Frankfurt river cruise - The cost of the ticket to get on this boat is included. Simply show your voucher and board the boat

- Day 2: Idestein day trip - return transfers included. You will need to reach your meeting point on your own

- Day 3: Heilderberg day trip - return transfers included. You will need to reach your meeting point on your own

- Day 4: Transfer to Cologne - You will transfer to Cologne by train. The train tickets will be provided by us but you will have to manage the transfers from and to the train stations on your own.

- Day 4: Key Attractions of Cologne - This day is at leisure and you will have to explore the city on your own.

- Day 5: Transer to Amsterdam - The transfer to amsterdam from Brussels will be by bus, the costs of which are included in this package

- Day 5: Amsterdam Canal Cruise - Amsterdam is best seen from the water, and on this canal cruise you'll experience the best of this historical city. The cost of the cruise is included. Your voucher will always mention the meeting point for the cruise. Please adhere to that. Please note there are several boat companies running this services, and you will have to board the boat only as per the meeting point mentioned on your voucher (which will be for the relevant boat company).

- Day 6: Walking Tour of Amsterdam with a guide. This tour works on tips and you are expected to tip between at least Euro 5 to 10 for 2 people.

- Day 7: Windmill Village Trip - Take the train to station Zaandijk Zaanse Schans (travel time 0h17m from Central Station). From there, it is a 10-15 minutes walk through the village of Zaandijk - just follow the signs. The site itself is best navigated on foot. The entry to the open air museum is free; most of the wooden houses are lived in and cannot be visited. The windmills however can be entered for a small fee (Euro 4 for adults/ Euro 2 for children). There are 5 historical wooden windmills still operating. If you wish, you may also cycle around the village although the site is perfectly navigable on foot. You will need 2 hours or so to cover the place.

Please note that for the day trip from Amsterdam - Windmill Village - if you prefer to be on your own and do a self-guided trip rather than join a guided group, we have the option of providing you with intercity transfer tickets between Amsterdam and the respective cities by bus or train. However, in this case you will have no guide and you will have to explore the respective towns on your own (we will ofcourse let you know the key things to do there and how to organize your day).

- Day 8: Departure from Amsterdam - drop to the airport from hotel by private cab.
