Bikes are unisex, 27-gears in various sizes (8-speed on request only). The rental bike will be equipped with:

Helmet rental is not included - please bring your own or you an can purchase from the Radweg Reisen bike centre.

Please lock your bike every time you leave it unattended (particularly overnight).

Insurance against theft and damage for the rental bikes is already included in your tour price. If you have a problem with your bike, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience. Of course negligence and the failure to properly secure your bike when unattended would obviously void this insurance.

In the case of a puncture the assumption is that you can repair. You will be given a puncture repair kit, to fix the issue.
