Today's journey takes you along the Loisach river and past the Schwaiganger stud farm, the largest horse stud farm in Bavaria, to Kochel am See. Continue your journey through the wet meadows of the Loisach moors to Benediktbeuern, offering a view of the Benediktenwand. The route then leads you past Bad Heilbrunn to Bad Tölz on the Isar river.

Today's journey takes you from Rosenheim through the moss to Neubeuern and Altenmarkt am Inn. Continue your journey uphill via Rohrdorf and along the A8 to Frasdorf. From here, it's a short ride to Aschau im Chiemgau and then downhill to Bernau, at the foot of the Kampenwand. The stage then runs via Grassau to the village of Bergen without any major climbs.

Embark on the final stage of your journey, which takes you from Bergen along the River Traun to Traunstein. Continue your journey across the plateau and down to Teisendorf, situated at the foot of the Teisenberg. The route then leads you past Lake Höglwörth and via Anger into the Rupertiwinkel to Piding, close to the Saalach and Bad Reichenhall. From Bad Reichenhall, the route leads up to Bayerisch Gmain and to Berchtesgaden, located near the Königssee.
