Day 1 – Day 1: Frankfurt to Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe

Begin your journey with a flight from Frankfurt to Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to a nearby hotel in Saint Claude for your overnight stay.
Day 2 – Day 2: Exploring Vieux Habitants
Day 2: Exploring Vieux Habitants
Embark on an excursion to the La Grivelière valley near Vieux Habitants. Visit the Paradis river and a waterfall nestled in the heart of the tropical forest. In the afternoon, explore the Habitation Vanibel, learning about vanilla cultivation and coffee production. End the day with a refreshing dip in the Caribbean Sea at Rocroy beach before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Climbing the Soufrière Volcano
Today, you'll climb the towering Soufrière volcano, high above the town of Saint-Claude. After a rum punch and lunch, enjoy a swim in the sea at the Vieux Fort lighthouse. The day ends with a transfer to Gosier for your overnight stay.
Day 4 – Day 4: Hiking from Porte d'Enfer to Sainte Anne

Start your day with a hike from the Porte d'Enfer to the Souffleur water fountain and the Trou de Man Coco. After lunch, transfer to Sainte Anne and spend the afternoon swimming and relaxing on the beautiful sandy beach. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Enjoy a leisurely morning before transferring from your hotel to the port of Pointe-à-Pitre. Take a ferry to Dominica, arriving in Roseau after approximately 2.5 hours. From there, you'll be transferred to Soufrière.

Today, you'll be picked up at your guesthouse and taken along the winding coastal road to Champagne Reef. Snorkel among tropical fish and corals, and experience the unique sensation of bubbles rising from the rocky underwater rock. Afterward, you'll drive up into the green mountains of Dominica. Spend the evening cooking Caribbean specialties with the lively Dominican woman, Daria Eugene, at her house. Overnight stay in a guesthouse in the central mountainous region of Dominica.
Day 7 – Day 7: Hiking to the Boiling Lake
Day 7: Hiking to the Boiling Lake
Experience the bubbling earth beneath you as you hike to the Boiling Lake, a crater lake on the flattened summit of a volcano. Traverse through the lush green rainforest, ascend over wooden steps, roots, and forest paths, and cross rivers over large boulders. After the hike, if you wish, you can relax and drift through the breathtaking Titou Gorge. Overnight stay in the same guesthouse.

After breakfast, start today's stage of the Waitukubuli National Trail directly from your accommodation. Hike through the wonderful primary forest to the Middleham Falls, then to the Freshwater Lake. Enjoy a 1.5-hour hike along rainforest paths and ridges, offering great panoramic views. After a fortifying soup, continue to the northeast of the island for your overnight stay.

Day 9: Discovering the Kalinago Caribs
Today, you'll learn about the indigenous way of life and the ancient knowledge of the Kalinago Caribs. The trail takes you along the rugged east coast of Dominica, where you'll meet villagers and visit the Barana Autê museum village. Then drive along the beautiful north coast to Portsmouth for your overnight stay.

Day 10: Exploring the North Coast of Dominica
Explore the north coast of Dominica by land and sea. Visit the cold sulphur springs in Penville, enjoy spectacular views of the neighboring islands, and learn about the local fishing industry. After docking, there's time for a swim at Purple Turtle beach. Overnight stay in Portsmouth.

Day 11: Boat Trip on the Indian River
Take a boat trip on the Indian River and marvel at the mighty vegetation. Look out for the filming locations of the famous movie 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. In the afternoon, you can swim in the sea or go snorkeling from the beach. Overnight stay in Portsmouth.

Relax on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast, right in front of your hotel. In the afternoon, embark on a whale watching tour by boat. Dominica is the only country where sperm whales live all year round. Overnight stay in Portsmouth.
Day 13 – Day 13: From Dominica to Martinique
Day 13: From Dominica to Martinique
After breakfast, drive to the port in Roseau and take the ferry to Martinique. Arrive in Fort-de-France around midday. You'll be picked up at the port and transferred to Trois-Ilets for your overnight stay.
Day 14 – Day 14: Climbing Mont Pelée

Today, you'll climb the green-covered volcano Mont Pelée, the highest mountain in Martinique. On a clear day, enjoy fabulous views of the surrounding volcanic mountains and the north coast of Martinique. Overnight stay in Trois-Ilets.
