We kick off our journey from Athens, heading towards the mainland coast of Peloponnese. Our first stop is the awe-inspiring Canal of Corinth, followed by a visit to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, renowned for its exceptional acoustics. We then take a break in the romantic seaside town of Nafplio before exploring the archaeological site of Mycenae, a powerful city in ancient times. We end our day in the historic town of Sparta, where we'll rest for the night.

Our second day begins with a visit to the unique Museum of Olive Oil in Sparta. We then journey to the Byzantine town of Mystras, where we'll wander through the castle city and marvel at its medieval splendour. Our next stop is Monemvassia, a mystical stone-built settlement perched on the edge of a cliff by the sea. Here, we'll explore its narrow cobbled streets and beautifully restored stone buildings before returning to Sparta for the night.

On day three, we leave Sparta and make a brief stop at the picturesque coastal town of Gythio. Our journey continues to the famous Diros Caves, a part of an underground river adorned with stunning stalagmites and stalactites. We then visit the beautiful coastal villages of Stoupa and Kardamili for a refreshing swim or a leisurely lunch. After passing through the city of Kalamata, we arrive at Ancient Olympia, where we'll spend the night.

We start day four early, exploring the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. We'll visit the temple of Zeus, the temple of Hera, and the ancient stadium, among other fascinating sites. After a delightful experience of wine and olive oil tasting at the local flea market, we cross the impressive Rio-Antirio Bridge to reach Naupactus. Enjoy a delicious lunch in this charming seaside town before we head to Delphi for the night.

We then head to the bustling winter destination of Arachova, where you can sample the famous local cheese, formaela. A brief stop in the city of Trikala precedes our arrival in Kalambaka, a traditional town nestled at the foot of the majestic Meteora monasteries. Here, we'll enjoy a stunning sunset before settling in for the night.

We'll explore the Holy Monastery of Great Meteoro and the Monastery of St. Stephan before enjoying a traditional Greek lunch in the picturesque village of Kalambaka. Our journey concludes with a stop at Thermopiles, where we'll admire the statue of Leonidas, a memorial to the famous battle of the 300 Spartans. We'll then return to Athens, where our driver will drop you off at your hotel.
