We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

Day 1 – Day 1: Arrival in Greece

Welcome to Greece! As you arrive at the airport, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.
Day 2 – Day 2: Journey to Northern Greece

We set off early in the morning towards Northern Greece. Our first stop is Kamena Vourla, a beautiful seaside resort town. We then proceed north, making a brief stop at the site of the Battle of Thermopylae. Next, we visit Kastraki, a picturesque village offering stunning views of the valley. After lunch, we explore the breathtaking Meteora Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We also visit one of its famous monasteries. The day concludes with a delightful dinner in Kalambaka.
Day 3 – Day 3: Delphi and Athens

We journey south through the Thessaly region, arriving in Delphi. Here, we visit the beautiful archaeological complex that overlooks the Gulf of Corinth. After lunch, we travel to the Osios Loukas Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its magnificent 11th-century mosaics. We then continue towards Athens, arriving in the evening.

We start the day early, heading to the port to catch a ferry to Aegyna. This island, inhabited for over 4,000 years, offers a picturesque harbor, quaint houses, and old churches. We then return to the ferry for a journey to Poros Island, a charming place bustling with tourist life. After lunch, we travel to Galatas, a small harbor in the Peloponnese, and then to Epidaurus, where we visit the ancient theater. We end the day in Nauplia, a charming coastal city. Dinner is included.

We travel across the mountains of the Peloponnese hinterland to Tripoli, the lively capital of the Arcadia region. After some free time, we continue to Olympia, where we visit the archaeological site, the birthplace of the first Olympic Games. We then proceed to Patras, the third-largest city in Greece, known for its port, medieval fortress, and the largest cathedral in Greece. Dinner is included.

After breakfast, we cross the Rio-Antirrio bridge to Nafpaktos, a city in the Gulf of Corinth. We then continue along the Gulf to Mycenae, a colossal citadel from the 18th century BC. After some free time, we visit the fortress of Acrocorinth and make a brief stop at the Corinth Canal. We then return to Athens, arriving in the evening.

Day 8 – Day 8: Athens Sightseeing and Overnight Ferry

In the morning, we embark on a sightseeing tour of Athens, visiting the modern city, the Panathinaikos Stadium, and the Royal Palace. After some free time, we transfer you to the port of Piraeus to board the overnight ferry. The ferry offers similar facilities to those available on cruise ships. Accommodation in a double cabin. Night on board.
Day 9 – Day 9: Rhodes and Marmaris

We arrive in Rhodes in the morning. We start with a city tour of this incredible walled city and the old quarter. In the afternoon, we take an express ferry to Turkey, arriving in Marmaris, a beautiful coastal tourist enclave with a castle, marina, and fountains. Accommodation in the region of Marmaris. Day 10 – Day 10: Dalyan and Antalya

We depart for Dalyan, an incredible place next to a beautiful navigable river. We include a boat ride to see the Royal Lycian Tombs. We then continue to Antalya, where we have a brief visit to this great coastal city. We visit Hadrian's Gate, the Ottoman district, and its great waterfall that falls directly into the sea. Dinner is included.
Day 11 – Day 11: Aspendos, Side, and Nigde

We leave Antalya towards Aspendos, where we visit the Roman theatre, considered one of the best preserved in the world. After that, we visit Side, where we can admire the Greek temple of Apollo by the sea. We then travel through breathtaking landscapes, crossing the Taurus mountains to reach Nigde. Dinner is included.
Day 12 – Day 12: Cappadocia Exploration

We spend a full day in the fantastic region of Cappadocia, known for its lunar landscapes, churches, and troglodyte villages. We start by visiting Gumusler, an incredible 7th-century underground monastery. We then visit Kaimacili, an underground city that could house 30,000 people. After lunch, we explore the Uchisar natural fortress and the Goreme Valley with its open-air museum and churches carved out of the rocks. We stay overnight in Avanos. Dinner is included.

We have a fantastic day traveling to the north of the country where the landscapes turn green. We arrive in Safranbolu in the early afternoon, a wonderful small city declared a World Heritage Site. We include a traditional Turkish tea in the courtyard of a magnificent old Caravanserai. Dinner is included.
Day 14 – Day 14: Gokgol Magarasi and Istanbul

Today our stage follows the Black Sea and its green landscapes. In Gokgol Magarasi, we include the admission to this magnificent cave with its underground river and multiple colors. In Eregli, next to the Black Sea, we have time for lunch and also include the visit of its impressive caves and tombs of Cehenemagzi. We arrive in Istanbul at the end of the day.
Day 15 – Day 15: Istanbul Sightseeing

We embark on a sightseeing tour of Istanbul, visiting the Mosque of Suleyman the Magnificent, the walls, the Golden Horn, and the fishing district. We also admire the exterior of Hagia Sofia. After the visit, we offer tickets and a visit to the Top Kapi Palace, the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire. In the evening, we provide a transfer to the Taksim neighborhood, the most commercialized and lively area of the city.
Day 16 – Day 16: Bosphorus Boat Trip

Today we include a boat trip on the Bosphorus that will last about two hours. We will enjoy seeing the liveliness of the strait with its multitude of boats. We will pass under the two bridges that unite Europe and Asia and we will admire the palaces of the sultans, the typical wooden houses, and the Ottoman villas. Return to the center of Istanbul. Free time.
