Welcome to Greece! Upon your arrival at Athens airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in the city. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, settling in and exploring your surroundings.

Today, we delve into the heart of Athens, a city steeped in history and mythology. We'll visit the Panathenaic Stadium, Hadrian's Arch, and Syntagma Square, before taking a guided tour of the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. In the afternoon, enjoy some free time in the old Plaka neighbourhood and perhaps do some shopping on Ermou street.

After breakfast, we set off for the Peloponnese, a peninsula rich in archaeological treasures. We'll stop at the Corinth Canal, then continue to Epidaurus, known for its ancient theatre. We'll also visit Mycenae, a civilization once described as 'rich in gold'. In the afternoon, we cross the mountains to reach Olympia, where we'll have dinner.

Today, we explore the ancient site of Olympia, home to the original Olympic Games. We'll tour the Temple of Zeus, the Palaestra, and Phidias's workshop, before heading to the local museum. In the afternoon, we journey north to Delphi, crossing the Rio-Antirio bridge, for dinner.

We start the day at the sacred sanctuary of Delphi, home to the ancient Oracle. We'll walk along the Sacred Way and visit the Temple of Apollo, before heading to the local museum. In the afternoon, we cross the mountains of central Greece to reach Kalambaka.

This morning, we visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Meteora, home to a number of Eastern Orthodox monasteries perched on towering rock formations. We then drive north, passing through the plain of Thessaly and the Valley of Tempi, to reach Thessaloniki, the capital of northern Greece.
