Our Grecian adventure begins at Athens International Airport, where we gather at 6pm. From here, we travel by bus to the port of Rafina or Marathon to catch a ferry to the island of Evia. Upon arrival, a short ride takes us to Karystos, where our traditional wooden caique, the MV Isidoros II, awaits. After meeting our friendly boat crew and enjoying a welcome drink, we settle into our cabins. The MV Isidoros II, a historic caique, offers a unique and comfortable stay with en-suite cabins, a large sundeck, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Evia, one of Greece's largest islands, promises an authentic local experience with its rugged coastline, market towns, and secluded beaches.

Today, we sail towards the exclusive Archipelagos of Petali, once the summer retreat of the Greek Royal family. After a refreshing swim, we continue to Panagia via the Fjord of Almyropotamos. Here, we explore the beautifully frescoed church and ancient olive trees. Our boat crew sources fresh ingredients for our breakfasts and lunches, ensuring delicious meals on board. Each evening, we dine at local waterfront tavernas, savoring authentic Greek cuisine.

We explore Panagia on foot, visiting the villages of Zarakes and Argyro, and descending to Agios Dimitrios before returning to Panagia. In the afternoon, we cruise to Eretria, an ancient city known for its historical significance. Our leisurely walk covers 10 kilometers and offers stunning views of the landscape.

We visit the local archaeological site and museum in Eretria before hiking up Castelli Hill to explore the ancient acropolis. In the evening, we enjoy the cosmopolitan promenade before cruising to Nea Styra, known for its stunning beaches and coastline. Today's walk covers 5 kilometers with moderate ascent and descent.

We transfer to the rolling hills above Nea Styra to visit the prehistoric Dragon Houses. From here, we walk through olive groves to the Valley of Styra and back to the harbor. As the sun sets, we cruise to Marmari. Today's walk covers 10 kilometers with moderate ascent and descent.

We transfer to Kampos, where we begin our walk around the headland of Lycorema to Marmari. This small port and fishing village offers traditional tavernas and cafes along the waterfront. In the afternoon, we sail around the headland to Karystos. Today's walk covers 10 kilometers with no noticeable ascent or descent.

After breakfast, we take taxis to Mili and begin our walk to the villages of Gourna, nestled beneath Mount Ohi. We continue to the old Venetian castle 'Castello Rosso' and enjoy panoramic views. Tonight, we stay at a small hotel in Karystos. Today's walk covers 10 kilometers with moderate ascent and descent.

We depart Karystos and take a short ride to Marmari or Styra to board the ferry back to Rafina or Marathon. From Rafina, we transfer to Athens International Airport, arriving around 11.30am. The earliest your flight can depart is 1.30pm.
