Welcome to Budapest, the vibrant capital of Hungary, often referred to as the 'Paris of the East'. Upon arrival at Ferenc Liszt International airport, you'll be greeted by your driver and escorted to your hotel. At 7pm, meet your guide in the hotel reception for a brief introduction to the exciting journey ahead. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure, resting or exploring the city's youthful atmosphere and beautiful architecture.

After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive tour of Budapest, both on foot and by vehicle. Discover the city's major landmarks including the Chain Bridge, Margaret Bridge, the Castle District with Matiass Church, and the Fishermen's Bastion. Enjoy the panoramic views from Gellért Hill, admire the Central Market Hall, the largest synagogue in Europe, the City Park, Heroes' Square, the Opera House, Saint Stephen's Basilica, and the Hungarian Parliament Building. An optional Danube cruise is available for those interested.

After breakfast, we'll drive to Vienna, arriving around noon. The sightseeing tour begins with a journey through time, exploring the city's impressive 16th and 17th-century architecture. Marvel at the Vienna City Hall, the Parliament building, Burgtheater, Naturhistorisches Museum, Kunsthistorisches Museum, and Hofburg Imperial Palace. Stroll along the main pedestrian street to reach Saint Stephen's Cathedral, the most important Gothic structure in Austria. End the day at the Vienna State Opera, one of the world's most prestigious opera houses.

Start your day with a visit to the astonishing Schönbrunn Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that reflects the changing tastes and aspirations of Austria's monarchy. In the afternoon, we'll head to Bratislava, where you'll explore the Presidential Palace, Eurovea, the National Theatre, and the Art Nouveau church. Don't miss the chance to capture the beauty of Bratislava Castle and the Slavín memorial monument. We'll then drive to Prague for an overnight stay. An optional excursion to Schönbrunn Palace is available.

After breakfast, explore the magical city of Prague, starting at the Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle in the world. Wander through Saint Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, and the Basilica of Saint George. Cross the iconic Charles Bridge and stroll through the charming streets of the old town to reach the Old Town Square, home to the Town Hall and Astronomical Clock, one of the oldest clocks in the world. An optional Vltava cruise with dinner is available for those interested.

After breakfast, we'll drive to Regensburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its well-preserved medieval city centre. Explore the old stone bridge over the Danube, the cathedral, and Krauterermarkt square. In the evening, we'll head to Munich, famous for its architecture, culture, and the annual Oktoberfest. Walk around the city centre to see the Pinakotheken art museums, the world famous Hofbrauhaus, the National Theatre with the Royal Palace, Marienplatz, and the Viktualien market.

After breakfast, we'll visit Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the Mirabell Gardens, Mozarteum, the Marionette and Regional Theatres, Markart Square, and Blasius Church. Next, we'll head to the picturesque village of Hallstatt, known for its pastel-coloured houses and shimmering lake. End the day in Villach, a walker's paradise surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery.

Start the day with a visit to Bled, an alpine lake renowned for its stunning beauty and the famous Bled cream cake. Next, we'll proceed to Ljubljana, the charming capital of Slovenia. Explore the city's cultural landmarks, including the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, the baroque Town Hall, the medieval town square 'Mestni Trg', and Robba's Fountain. After the tour, enjoy some free time for lunch on the banks of the romantic Ljubljanica River.

After breakfast and hotel check-out, your memorable 9-day tour comes to an end. As most guests choose to extend their trip, airport transfer is not included in the tour price. However, we're happy to arrange this service upon request. If you're departing from Ljubljana a few days after the tour ends, you can book additional nights with us at the same hotel for a surcharge.
