Our journey begins at the BSI bus terminal, from where we'll take a scenic bus ride through the summer mountain tracks, passing by the majestic Hekla volcano. We'll reach the stunning Landmannalaugar around noon, where we'll enjoy lunch before heading south into the mountains. Our trail will lead us past small gorges and steaming hot springs, culminating in our arrival at the Hrafntinnusker mountain hut in the late afternoon, where we'll spend the night.

After exploring this unique landscape, we'll head back down to the Básar Hut in Þórsmörk, where we'll spend the night.
