The flight was cancelled due to wind. This I can understand but we actually turned up at the heliport at the correct time. I rang the number provided and he said he'd messaged me at 12pm to inform me of the cancellation but he didn't. I got the email just after my conversation with him to tell me it was cancelled. We wasted £30 in taxi fares.
