Land of the Northern Lights - 5 days

Welcome to Iceland! Your adventure begins. Once you're transferred from the airport to your hotel via Flybus transfer, the rest of the day is yours to explore Reykjavik at your leisure.

Your morning starts with a tour of Reykjavik, Iceland's charming capital. From there, we head to the breathtaking Reykjanes Peninsula, known for its quaint fishing villages, hot springs, and striking mountains. A rejuvenating stop at the Blue Lagoon is next before we continue to Hella. Upon arrival, we will wait for the Northern Lights to appear.

Today is about the sheer force of nature's power. We visit the rumbling volcano of Eyjafjallajokull and the thundering Skogafoss waterfall. An optional hike on the Solheimajokull glacier offers enchanting icy scenery. If you opt out, we continue south to stroll on the black lava beach and see the bird cliffs at Reynisfjara near Vik. We return to Hella before dark, giving us another chance to catch the Northern Lights.

We start our journey back to Reykjavik via the stunning Golden Circle. Along the way, you'll see bubbling hot springs and geysers at the Geysir geothermal greenhouse, including the famous Strokkur geyser. Further inland, we pass the mighty Gullfoss waterfall and the rugged Thingvellir National Park. The drive ends in Reykjavik, where your evening is free to explore or join an optional Northern Lights cruise.

Our tour comes to an end. Enjoy your final morning in Reykjavik however you wish before your Flybus transfer to the airport. We hope to see you back in Iceland soon.
