We kick off our adventure from the Reykjavík Tourist Information Center, conveniently located near most central hotels. Our journey takes us through the stunning Thjórsárdalur valley, towards the Hekla Volcano, passing by extensive lava fields. We reach the breathtaking Landmannalaugar area, where we'll enjoy a 10 km hike to the stunning Ljótipollur Lake, one of the world's most beautiful crater lakes. The day concludes with a relaxing soak in a natural hot spring.
Day 2 – Day 2: Exploration of Suðurnámur Mountain
Day 2: Exploration of Suðurnámur Mountain
Day two is dedicated to exploring the 200,000-year-old Suðurnámur Mountain, rich in rhyolite mineral. The hike up offers numerous ravines and colorful sights, culminating in a dramatic landscape view from the top. The day ends back at our base in Landmannalaugar.
Day 3 – Day 3: Bláhnúkur Volcano and Return to Reykjavík

Our final day begins with a 3.5-hour adventure on the 60,000-year-old Bláhnúkur Volcano. The hike up offers panoramic views of Landmannalaugar's landscape and, in good conditions, visibility of five glaciers. After descending and a short break, we board a bus back to Reykjavík, arriving in the city center around 18:00.
